Another boondogle in the making. Of the three CSAs I know of in my community, I know at least 2 closed down because they couldn't make a go of it. Having spoken to the owners, they didn't have much business sense. Having spoken to their customers, it was because they couldn't produce a reasonable product (quality declined quickly after the first harvest). 

Some companies are just not feasible (poor business plan, poor managment, poor product). The NS government has to quit subsidising businesses that Nova Scotian's don't want.
