A few weeks ago, I was discussing my slow connection speed with someone on G+ and another commenter teased us about our "first-world problems".  I mentioned that "Canada is a big country, not all parts are as wealthy as others". 

Tonight, TheWife pointed out to me, that we live in a province, where major hospitals do not have potable water. Doesn't feel very First World to me.
