While I am open to some vaccines being dangerous or ineffective, I have no doubt that the process of vaccination in general is effective.
I point to the historic use of "Inoculation" as evidence.
I do avoid general vaccinations, the risk matrix doesn't add up. However, as the severity and density of a given disease increases, so does my interest in getting vaccinated. So while I don't generally worry about getting TB, I did get vaccinated when I began working in a hospital+country with a high incidence of TB.
