So I'm trying to order Mail Forwarding through #canadapost and have hit an error "Initial may only be a letter, dash, period, or apostraphe". My initial is 'S'.

This is the second error I've had to phone them about while trying to pay for this service.

I used to be patient with CP knowing that mail service is a complicated and thankless job. But having lived in Japan for a while now my patience is gone: Japan Post has the same challenges (minus the need to service remote communities - CP stillnhas my sympathies on that) and manages a much higher level of service. There's no excuse but a lazy sense of entitlement as far as I can see.

I think my ire is raised because I have seen customer service (across the board) remove the ability to request features and report errors. The focus has switched to getting the customer up and running, forgetting about avoiding the problems in the first place.
