One of the more serious parts of the Principia Discordia discusses how secret agencies often hide the truth within a lie, this way when the information is intercepted, the enemy believes the lie. Unfortunately, when the enemy files the lie, it is often picked up by a different agency, who also believes the lie. The lie is then filed and shared with the organization that orginally created the lie, but the individual that planted it can't tell anyone lest it violate security...
