It just occured to me, this is one of three pineapple plants I had. I had considered this one dead, and had solemnly laid it to rest in the worm bin. Now, only days after the darkest night of the year, with the world born anew, I find this Pineapple resurrected and risen from its grave!!

Hallelujah! I have had tomato plants grow from compost placed in planters.

Normally I just turn stuff over if I find it sprouting. This, I've replanted it, and its doing ... ok?

That's awesome. I have heard of people growing lettuce in little enclosed boxes this time of year... must check it out.
