"considering"? I drove the bridge this weekend and all but one cash lane was closed. This isn't a proposal, this is an announcement of current action.
Terrible idea in my opinion: visitors, car shares, and those of us that rarely use it would find this most inconvenient.
Correction: the signs for cash lanes have already been removed. There is only one lane with a cash sign.
