I think its a fake. One of the most prestigious med schools in the country? In ottawa? Fuck that. No way no how they make ottawa wait 4.5yrs. You dont wait that long in manitoba. The pc govt wants nothing more than revolution and heads on spits until they get their beloved private health care system. Except for govt officials of course.
