Could you please get your interns to give you a crash course in how this thing you want to regulate works, so you can be meaningfully informed, and so that your questions can improve your understanding and not just deepen your misapprehensions? Perhaps I could schedule another hearing in a week's time. If you like I can have some of my engineers do a short preparatory course."
